Personalised Items Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please double-check all personalisation details (such as initials, names, or spellings) before placing your order.

Non-Personalised Items If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
