Processing Time All orders are carefully handmade and packed with love. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Personalised orders May require an additional day.

UK Shipping We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class — 2-4 business days
• Royal Mail 1st Class — 1-2 business days

International Shipping We currently ship to the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Order Tracking Tracking information may not be available for all shipping options. If you require a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order.

Delays Whilst we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or busy periods (e.g. Christmas). We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
